Monika tells you about random retro game trivia (read description)

Originally completed and uploaded on 21.06.2025 under the name "Monika death quote tutorial (likely getting repurposed for the tutorial at the start)". This video was made as part of a running joke I had with a good friend of mine. Where I would purposefully annoy her every day with the same overtold fun fact about "Super Mario Bros 2" that I am sure we all are familiar with by now. The original story I told her was that I was working on a more complex version of the tutorial that would have a small chance to play after losing enough times. Obviously this is not the case and this took way too much effort to create (aswell as learn of some... interesting quirks with how Renpy works) to just let it rot as a private video. I did intend to polish it up a bit to remove or mask loading stutters where possible and to remove the refrences to this being a running gag but in the end never found the time to do so. So expect some stutters, a LOT of spelling mistakes and a pretty janky script aswell. If I ever were to make another video like this I would definetly have it be more properly researched, structured and get someone to proof read it. Still want to share it so here you go. It's not much but it was fun to make and who knows maybe i will end up making more like this. Always nice to share my retro game knowledge with anyone willing to listen.
