Today on the channel I'm reviewing something truly special — the Graf von Faber-Castell Pen of the Year 2021 "Knights." Every year, GvFC's Pen of the Year celebrates a culture that shaped human history, and the 2021 edition pays tribute to the medieval knights, drawing inspiration from the legend of King Arthur himself. The details are everywhere: crenellations give the cap the shape of a castle tower, a fuller runs down the length of the pen like a sword, and the guilloche pattern on the cap resembles a knight's chainmail. The finial is decorated with a sun-cut blood-red garnet, a symbol of light and truth, and the piston filler is fitted with an 18-carat gold nib.
