Pikeminnow catch and cook: Delicious fishcakes w/sweet chili sauce.

I caught my first pike minnow fishing the north fork of the Feather River. He bit on a 1/8 oz. Marabou jig, which is incidentally, the first fish Iv'e caught on this jig. I filleted it and discovered that the fish is full of bones. I scraped the meat out with a spoon and was able to use it to make fishcakes. So ono (delicious) gangy!
