In the first episode of "Entre Elas, Diálogos de Liderança" (Between Them, Leadership Dialogues), Ilana Trombka, Director-General of the Federal Senate, talks with Sabrine Matos, founder of Plinq (a platform that allows women to check the criminal history of men with whom they are beginning a relationship, using only public data). Also participating are Roberta Lys de Moura Rochael, Director of the Legislative Secretariat of the National Congress, and Elida da Costa Silva, Chief of Staff to Senator Jaques Wagner. Both are part of the Federal Senate's leadership program for women. "Entre Elas" is a program about what it means to lead as a woman, with those who are making it happen.
