SCARS x Lebensstory // Leas Weg der Heilung / Depressionen, psychische Erkrankungen
SCARS – A Soul in Search of Home There are stories that don't begin with a smile, but with silence. With a child who was never allowed to be a child. Lea carries such a story within her. At the age of nine, she had to leave her parents' home. But what does leaving mean if there was never a home? No place where she could feel safe. No one to show her how to feel, speak, or live? Instead, darkness. Depression. Speechlessness. And a world that never asked how she was doing. In this episode of SCARS, Lea talks about the scars no one sees. About violence in its many forms. About a relationship filled with pain. About her time in a psychiatric hospital. About the tremors her body triggered because words were no longer enough. About a childhood in which she learned not how to live, but how to survive. And yet, today, a woman sits before us who speaks. A woman who refuses to remain in the shadows. Who, with each passing day, tries to teach herself the life that was never explained to her. Who doesn't want to be perfect. She wants to heal. She stops trying to please others because she's finally beginning to see herself. Lea's story isn't an easy one. It's uncomfortable, raw, and difficult. But it's also important. Because it reminds us: Every person deserves a home within themselves. And sometimes that home begins with a conversation. A conversation like this, sensitively led by Mario, the founder of Lebensstory.de, our valued partner project. In our YouTube format SCARS, we address socially relevant and often taboo topics. We give people a platform who courageously share their stories, educate, and give hope to others. Whether it's serious illnesses, personal setbacks, or interpersonal tragedies—we want to give those affected a voice and show ways out of their misery. Do you have a story that could inspire or encourage others? Then write to us—we look forward to hearing from you. / scars.talk / scars.talk / @scars.deeptalk / scars.podcast Please also follow our partner project Lebensstory https://linktr.ee/lebensstory / @lebensstoryde / lebensstory.com / lebensstory.de https://lebensstory.com/ Our Team: Host: Sarah / sarah_scars.deeptalk Su / su_scars.deeptalk Said Ibrahim / said_offiziell / said_offiziell / @said_offiziell Mario / malkimedia.de Camera, Editing, Animation: Martin Barman / martinbarmanmusic / martinbarmanmusic / @martinbarman Our guest today: / sunshineleaa / sunshineleaa
