RUBICON DAY 1 | MAKING IT TO BUCK ISLAND WITH DIRTNATION OFFROAD

In this video we take you along for the beginning of our week long trip to the famous Buck Island Lake on the Rubicon Trail! The plan is to join the Dirtnation squad with a total of 14 rigs to tackle the Rubicon for the first 4 days of the trip, then head a couple hours North and run Fordyce trail...IF your rig survives the Rubicon! We start at Loon lake with a large group of rigs and drivers from multiple states. Before we even hit the trail, we ran into some mechanical issues and had to spend some extra time repairing those, so we got a late start. With this many rigs, it was a long trip to get to Buck! We stopped and hit the famous obstacle; Soup Bowl, and had a few minor issues around Little Sluice. The goal was to make it to camp by dark, and that became a real feat!
