Hectic Final Morning Rush for Caltrain F40s at Menlo Park (Final Days of the F40s PART 3)

You think the Caltrain F40s and Gallery cars would have an easy boring, their final morning rush but its the Caltrain peninsula, someone is always prone to getting toppled by a train by accident or just to become one with the train... On the morning of September 20th, 2024, the final day of diesel service between San Jose, CA and San Francisco, CA, Caltrain Limited train 401 struck a trespasser at the Mary Ave railroad crossing in Sunnyvale, CA around 6am in the morning. Resulting in a complete standstill of train traffic and rolling each train by the strike scene one at a time (single tracking). After trains began moving, all around an hour late at most, trains started speeding by Menlo Park (Baby Bullets and Limited trains) all not being canceled. Some being Nippon Sharyos, F40s and MP36s, the others Stadler KISS EMUs. So sit back and enjoy the morning rush trying to recover from a pedestrian strike and get commuters to their destination: but also those cool P2 horns. Hope you all enjoyed.
