The back doors on this van were actually condemned in its last MOT for severe corrosion and were incredibly close to being completely beyond repair. Since finding replacement doors is nearly impossible (and way too expensive), I’m attempting to fix the rusty bodywork myself—having never done anything like this before in my life. It’s a steep learning curve full of real-time mistakes, chemistry working its magic, and a lot of elbow grease.
