Day 5 | 2026 505 World Championships – We Have New World Champions! 🏆 Congratulations to Jan-Philipp Hofmann and Felix Brockerhoff (GER) on becoming the 2026 505 World Champions after a dominant week on Hayling Bay. Champagne sailing conditions greeted the fleet on the final day of the 2026 International 505 World Championships at Hayling Island Sailing Club, with a gentle south-easterly breeze providing the perfect stage for the championship decider. After an incredible week of world-class racing, a new 505 World Champion has been crowned. The penultimate day delivered everything the class is famous for—close tactical battles, spectacular gate starts, and championship-winning consistency.
