On the first Sunday of every month The Roxborough has an all you can eat buffet for JA $3000. It has breakfast servings and then goes into lunch. I was told about the seafood stew peas by a friend of mine that frequents the place. Stew Peas is a traditional Jamaican dish usually cooked with pigs tail which is sometimes substituted with beef or vegetable for the non pork lovers. Different meats have recently been experimented with in stew peas. I'v seen conch used and chicken foot as substiutes for the original pigs tail.
