This video contains music from Shutterstock, licensed by Splice video editing app. Recipe for Airfryer apple pies and chocolate croissants (makes 8 and 4): ✨3 medium large apples, washed, peeled and cut up ✨2 tbsp of cornstarch ✨1 tsp of each - cinnamon & nutmeg (adjust to taste - I boost cinnamon) ✨1 tbsp of water ✨1 tbsp of lemon juice Mix and cook over medium low heat, 2-3 minutes to soften up. In a separate dish: ✨4 eggs ✨4 tbsp of milk ✨2 tbsp of flour ✨1 tsp of maple syrup Whisk to combine. Add 1 tsp of water to liquify throughout making these croissants, as needed. ✨Also need rice papers. Dip the rice paper in the egg mix. Make 2 layers and scoop around 2 tbsp of apple mix to the center. Roll the rice paper to make a roll with the edges folded in. Place in preheated airfryer. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake at 395F for 20 minutes. Flip them half way. For the chocolate croissants, still using the same egg mix, dip rice paper. Layer 3 sheets. Make cuts and place pieces to form a triangle. Add chocolate chips of your choice (I used dark chocolate, but also delicious with cinnamon chips or blueberries) Place in airfryer at 355F for 20 minutes. Flip them half way. Enjoy!
