Nearly Having a Panic Attack || Week as a Second Year Medical Student Vlog

This is a very typical week in the life of a second year medical student. Medical school is relatively straightforward and the amount of information is reasonable and not at all impossible to learn and comprehend. However, there are times when a student starts to feel overwhelmed, out of control, and without any hope of relief or escape. This clearly happened to me in this video and you can see how I deal with having a panic attack / mental breakdown by just deciding to put everything aside and making sure my mental state is healthy before continuing my studies. I hope you enjoyed the video and that it gave you a new insight into the life of a medical student! Make sure to subscribe for new content as regular as the menstruation in an individual with polycystic ovary syndrome lol. And as always, thank you for your continued support :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My name is Sean, and I am the most under-qualified and non-traditional student in medical school. I decided to start my own channel in order to document my evolution throughout school and life in general. Hope you enjoy the content.
