Exploring the Dry Tortugas in Winter
You'll have to decide what's important to you if you visit the Dry Tortugas! If snorkeling is what matters to you, then you might want to wait until Spring/Summer for that. If you want to see the birds and head out on bush key, then Winter might be the perfect time for you. This was March, so we were just between Winter/Spring and able to do a little of both.
