What is this study about? Between May and June 2024, we measured postural sway in 9 participants using a Cyber-Sabots/Ouaknine stabilometric platform, before and after treatment, with eyes open and eyes closed. All measurements were performed by a medical specialist. What did we observe? Immediate effect (single treatment session): Most participants showed a reduction in postural sway, particularly under eyes-closed conditions. This is the strongest finding of the study. After 4 weeks (at rest): Results were mixed and should be considered preliminary. They do not demonstrate long-term maintenance of the observed effects. This is an observational pilot study with a small sample size and no control group.
