Syncing your food and movement to your cycle can help boost fertility and balance hormones. This 25 minute yoga class is good for the Follicular Phase of your cycle. Think of this phase as the spring of your cycle. It is a time when your energy levels rise and you will feel open to new opportunities and experiences.
