It's very physical — adrenaline, fight-or-flight, the pace at which you move, the feeling of being on a timetable or not. If you have an open / undefined Root (white in your chart), you receive conditioning from every Root around you. The pressure you feel isn't yours. It's the room. It's the world. And the classic not-self theme of the open Root is the rush — trying to do everything as fast as possible so you can finally be free from pressure. Which doesn't work, because the pressure is coming from outside, and the more you rush the more you take in. If you have a defined Root, you have your own consistent pressure — fixed adrenaline, your own pace, and you tend to apply pressure to others without realising it. Knowing which one you are is the foundation of how you handle stress, deadlines, urgency, and the constant feeling that you're running out of time.
