Dallas Fire Rescue: 2nd Alarm Scrap Yard Fire

The Dallas Fire Rescue-Department on July 6th, 2024, in West Dallas responded to a large scrapyard on fire off of Westmoreland Road and I35. Engine 36 and Truck 36 was originally toned for a investigation and 36’s upgraded it to a box. 2nd alarm was requested for manpower, extra water supply and master streams. No injuries were reported. Almost the full 2nd alarm response is included along with a rare catch of Foam 3 and other cool catches like USAR Task Force 33, Hazmat Task Force 3 and Hazmat Task Force 37. 807 had command.
