Fallout3 WinXP-7-8-10 Multicore Threading 4GB LAA with 4GB FOSE Setup 2026 MCTF Update Setup

This is the newest setup for my MCTF (Multicore Threading Fix) April 2026 updated release for Fallout3. Enables 4GB Large Address Aware, Multi-Core and Threading support — giving Fallout 3 the stable base it always needed. Designed to work with everything, replacing nothing. This works for all O/S or Game Versions, not being version dependant and fixes the Ini structure for the game engine by unifying the complete file set. The 4GB patch is added for additional application where needed. It also includes the optional setup of FOSE and the Anniversary Patcher and Stutter Remover, along with the adjustments needed for Stutter Remover.
