Haven't played this in years so I'm a bit rusty, however I wanted to do a vid of this because its such an utterly BADASS game. If you can pick this up for cheap do so. Its hard as f'k but you feel amazing when you've completed a level or two. As for why I have it set to Italian audio, well theres a method to the madness.
