Daffodil Tapestry by Ehrman (How long does it take and why ?)

I have taken a 30 year old Ehrman Needlepoint Kit designed by Margaret Murton. Luckily it was all complete and packaged in 1993! A beautiful kit. I have stitched some of Kafffe Fassett's kits so I was really looking forward to this one. I did some research into Ehrman and Margaret Murton and found some lovely videos sharing Margarets design process, her home and studio. Watching the video I saw the painting for the Daffoldill's design so was over the moon. Margaret is on Instagram and she kindly responded to my comment and told me about the inspiration for the Daffodils came from her parents garden. I really enjoyed stitching this Needlepoint as Spring approached and daffodils appeared in my own garden. It took a month of stitching especially on Fridays.
