This Viral Cucumber Recipe Is Actually Worth the Hype! 🥒

Sometimes… you just need to eat an entire cucumber. 🥒 On this episode, we're combining two things that took the internet by storm: Logan's viral cucumber method and one of my favorite appetizers from Din Tai Fung! Using simple ingredients and the famous deli container shake technique, we're making a copycat version of Din Tai Fung's refreshing cucumber salad that's loaded with garlic, sesame oil, chili crisp, and big flavor. The best part? It comes together in just minutes and tastes surprisingly close to the restaurant version. INGREDIENTS • 1 English cucumber (or 4–6 Persian cucumbers) • 1–2 tablespoons rice vinegar • 1–2 tablespoons light soy sauce • 1–2 cloves garlic, grated • ½ teaspoon sugar (or sugar substitute) • ½–1 teaspoon sesame oil • ½–1 teaspoon chili oil or chili crisp • ½ teaspoon MSG (Accent seasoning works too) Adjust everything to your own taste and spice level.
