Resepi Pau Sambal dan Donut dengan Satu Doh Tanpa Telur

Bila bulan puasa ni rasa nak buat kuih yang mudah je, resepi kali ini cukup mudah, uli satu doh dan boleh dapat dua jenis kuih. Doh untuk donut dan pau sambal ini ringkas, tidak menggunakan telur dan tepung roti, hanya pakai bahan asas sahaja. Tekstur kuih begitu lembut, macam kapas, anjal dan ringan. Selamat mencuba! Jumlah Kuih : 16 keping (30 gm) DOH : 80 ml susu segar/ susu penuh krim/ susu sejat | 1/3 cawan 70 ml air | 1/4 cawan dan 2 sudu teh 3 gm yis segera | 1 sudu teh 36 gm gula pasir | 3 sudu besar 250 gm tepung gandum | 2 cawan 15 gm susu tepung penuh krim 1/2 sudu teh 30 gm mentega/ marjerin | 2 sudu besar SAMBAL : 9-10 tangkai cili kering (rebus dan buang biji ) - saya pakai cili kering jenis gemuk** 3/4 biji bawang besar** 2 ulas bawang putih** 1 cm belacan** air untuk mengisar** Ikan bilis secukupnya (goreng hingga garing) gula pasir secukupnya 1/2 cawan air asam jawa (campur 1/2 sudu besar pes asam jawa dengan 1/2 cawan air) Garam secukupnya HIASAN : Gula pasir halus/ gula kastor/gula icing Hirisan timun/salad ============================================================================ [ENGLISH] During this fasting month, it feels like making a simple kueh, this recipe is quite easy, knead one dough and you can get two types of kueh.
