In this talk, a journey from disruption to transformation: from fear to rediscovering one's skills, until understanding that starting from scratch isn't necessary. Because when everything breaks, we are not fragile: we can become antifragile—and build new possibilities, starting from what we already are. Nati Santos is an IT Project Manager with experience in end-to-end software project management in Fintech, HealthTech, IoT, and Blockchain. A former Race Engineer in motorsports, he combines rigor, rapid decision-making, and coordination of international teams. After a period of significant personal and professional disruption, he transformed these skills into tools to lead complex technology projects and digital transformation processes. Today, he leads digital transformation projects and is expanding his skills with studies in Software Engineering & AI and advanced courses in Web3 and emerging technologies.
