ASCAM SLIDESHOW

ASCAM VIENNA is an Anglophone‑Cameroonian community association based in Vienna, Austria. Now celebrating its third edition, the organisation has reached a new milestone by appointing its first female President, marking a significant step in its leadership and vision. Founded to serve the Cameroonian diaspora who communicate in English, ASCAM VIENNA aims to foster social, cultural and professional connections among its members in and around Vienna. Through events, networking opportunities and cultural exchange, it creates a vibrant platform where Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon can come together, support one another, and maintain links with their heritage while engaging actively in Austrian society. This third edition under female leadership promises fresh energy and perspective reinforcing the association’s commitment to inclusion, empowerment and community‑building. With its roots in Cameroonian culture and its branches reaching into the Austrian context, ASCAM VIENNA stands as a bridge between two worlds, working to enhance belonging and opportunity for its members.
