TMCC Genealogy - Puerto Rico's Borinqueneers
Meg Capo, Educator at the National Army Museum, gives a presentation titled "Honor and Fidelity: Puerto Rico’s Borinqueneers." Meg talks about the 65th Infantry Regiment of the U.S. Army, consisting of soldiers from Puerto Rico, their history and struggle for recognition. The TMCC Library offers an Open Genealogy Lab each Friday, it's free, online and open to the public. TMCC Librarian Suzanne Malek welcomes in a new guest speaker as we explore a different genealogy topic each week. The views and opinions expressed by guests and lab participants are their own and their appearance does not imply an endorsement of them or any entity they represent.
