Stinking Up a Joint

The plaintiff says the defendant is her neighbor. She claims that when he had his floors redone, the chemicals were overwhelming and made her so sick that she had to leave her home. She’s suing for her hotel bills, meals, doctor bills, and medication. The defendant says everyone in the building knows his neighbor is crazy and the lawsuit is frivolous. Case #24-166
