ALL ABOUT BIOLOGY - Hello Everyone, this video is about the telome theory given by Walter Zimmermann in which he suggested that the present day plants have evolved from Rhynia like ancestor type having fertile and sterile telomes. There are two types of telome - Fertile telome and Sterile telome. The 5 elementary processes proposed by Zimmermann is - Overtopping , Planation , Syngenesis or Webbing or fusion , Reduction and Curvation.
