Kıbrıs’ta Barışın ve Özgürlüğün 52’nci Yılı

The Cyprus Peace Operation, which began on July 20, 1974, was a historic turning point for the security, freedom, and future of the Turkish Cypriot people. As a result of the struggle waged shoulder-to-shoulder by the Turkish Armed Forces and the Turkish Cypriot Mujahideen, a new era began on the island. Despite the 52 years that have passed, the spirit of unity, solidarity, and independence embodied in July 20th is still lived with the same pride today. We commemorate our heroes who fell as martyrs in the Cyprus Peace Operation with mercy, and our veterans with gratitude and respect.
