This Was Supposed to be the Easy Part

🚲 Cycling the Loire à Vélo and Camino routes across France at 60. In this episode, I leave the Basilique at Vézelay and descend out of the hills of the Morvan toward the Loire Valley, joining sections of the famous Loire à Vélo cycle route for the first time. What should have been an easier stretch of bicycle touring through France — flatter roads, riverside cycle paths, quiet villages and the first Loire châteaux — slowly turns into something else as my knee begins causing problems only four days into the journey.
