The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Walkthrough | Part 9 | Restore Hateno Ancient Tech Lab

Having arrived at Hateno Village, we will now make our way to the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab in order to talk to the director to restore our Sheikah Slate. We find out that from the director - Purah, that in order to restore our Sheikah Slate we need to place it on the guidance stone. However, the blue flame outside the tech lab that powers the guidance stone has been extinguished. She asks us to go into Hateno Village to the ancient furnace and bring back the blue flame. With the guidance stone repaired, Purah is also able to restore our Sheikah Slate which unlocks the Camera rune, the Hyrule Compendium and the album. With our Sheikah Slate restored, we return to Kakariko Village to speak to Impa once more. Impa tells us that the album section actually contains pictures of places that we traveled to with Princess Zelda and revisiting these sites would help restore our memory.
