This hood is located in Dorchester and near Mattapan. This old school style brick project is across the street from Franklin Hill via Blue Hill Avenue. The area has not seen much revitalization compared to the other projects in the city. The population is a mix of African-American and Caribbean people. Poverty and crime has hit the area hard also.
