Daxter made his debut in Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy released in 2001. Speaking of which…The Jak & Daxter series is now 20 years old. Happy 20th anniversary Jak & Daxter! One plot twist we can’t forget, Daxter turned into an ottsel, the creatures called the Precursors. Daxter started off as a human, turned into an ottsel and joined his best friend Jak on many adventures. Through thick and thin, Daxter has always showed how much he cares about his friend. Daxter appeared throughout the entirety of the series, including his own prequel game ‘’Daxter’’ on the PSP. Daxter has also been referenced in other media and also appeared in non-canon games.
