I give you my top tips (and WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T DO) for dealing with jet lag when you're flying with your baby or toddler. Time zone differences when you're traveling can be tough. In my experience, it gets harder as your baby gets older. When my son was really little, he seemed to get over it much more quickly (in a day or two) compared with the 4-5 days it can take now that he's almost 2 years old.
