Thousand Trails Rancho Oso Review

We stayed two weeks at Thousand Trails Rancho Oso Campground in Santa Barbara and figured we better do a review of the park, especially the entry road that we had heard so much about. What we found with the road is that when coming to the park, come in after 1 pm, allowing anyone leaving that day to get out with you having to share the road with them. We also decided that 9:30 am is the best time to leave the park. This allows the workers time to come in and get you out before anyone else decides to come in early. We left at 9:30 and had no one on the road with us. The park itself is gorgeous, you cannot beat the views, the staff was great and very helpful. This is a park that we definitely put our stamp of approval on. We hope this video helps you on your decision to go to Rancho Oso and as always, we hope to see you on the road.
