This video isn't about a quick first impression, but rather about long-term experience with the Navimow i2 LiDAR Pro in real-world garden use. The robot was in use at my parents' house for an extended period and had to prove whether it could do more than just prettily traverse the lawn. Particularly challenging were narrow passageways, multiple lawn areas, garden furniture in the way, and the question of how easy it really is to operate when a techie isn't standing by every day. In everyday use, the Navimow scores points primarily with its autonomous navigation, the user-friendly app, and a very clean cut. The LiDAR detection makes a significant difference, as the robot recognizes obstacles, avoids them, and continues working reliably. It also handles narrow passages surprisingly well. There is one minor drawback, however: the app apparently cannot be used simultaneously on multiple phones with the same account. This would be more practical for larger households or couples. The bottom line is a very positive one: the Navimow i2 LiDAR Pro does exactly what a good robotic lawnmower should do in everyday use – mow autonomously, navigate precisely, and require minimal attention.
