Access to Work Scheme Workshop with The Inclusivity Group!

Welcome to today's workshop on the Access to Work Scheme! We have Neve Holland with us today. Neve is the Client Experience Co-Ordinator, Team Leader, and also a Wellbeing Champion from the Inclusivity Group. Workshop: Aimed at supporting deaf, disabled and neurodiverse people to take up and remain in work, Access to Work (ATW) is a government programme that offers support based on your needs, which may include a grant to help cover the costs of practical support in the workplace. Anyone with a disability, long-term or short-term health condition or a mental health condition that impacts their work is eligible for the support, and it comes at no cost to you or your employer! We understand that acquiring and then maintaining a job, whether that be full-time or part-time, can be difficult. Through ATW, you can access support to help you with your employment journey and work to your highest potential. Whether you require support with attending meetings, administration, or personal skills, the ATW scheme can help. During this workshop we will explain what the ATW scheme is, who is eligible, how it can be accessed, and the support that is available to people. We hope that you leave this workshop understanding what support is available to you or your employees, and how you can make a positive change moving forward!
