"Azuma Ruka Goes! A Journey Across Japan for Delicious Food," currently airing on Tabi Salad, is a segment where we search for "Delicious Food" (also known as "Viewer Giveaways"). This week, we're making our first visit to Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, to search for delicious food! This time on the Delicious Food Journey, we've conquered all 47 prefectures! If you're in Mito, you definitely have to try "natto," fermented in straw. Of course, you can eat it on rice, but we'll also be introducing some surprising delicacies that are unique to Mito!
