Note: Here I show you how to replace the Polaris 360 and 380 drive belts and reattach a tubing that has come loose inside the cleaner. I try to make it as easy as possible, and thought about splitting it up into two videos; one for the reattaching of thew tubing and another for the belts. But since both are problems you will encounter, I thought it was good if you saw both at once. If you change the belt and the Polaris still is getting stuck in a corner or on the wall you may need to change all of the bearings in the cleaner. Here is a video that shows you how to change all eight bearings:    • Polaris Stuck in Corner, Changing the bear...   The Belts do wear out over time as they are just a thin piece of plastic with some teeth on them. It isn't that hard once you do it. It just looks more complicated because of the design of the Polaris. I hope I made it easy enough to follow, I wanted to get the camera right in there so you get a real feel for it. Tubing repair: I mentioned that my supplier didn't carry the black tubing clips, but maybe you can find them online. My little McGuyver trick works well, as i have done on a couple of occasions. I wouldn't trust a lock tie since the harsh conditions of being submerged in chemically treated water may cause the plastic to break. The Tail clip is made to be in the water for years. Belt repair: Just make sure you have the belts on tight and that they didn't move or loosen up as you were putting things back together. I always have a little trouble with the E-clips when they are new. After taking them off a couple of times, they seem to go on easier. Be careful you don't launch one into orbit or shoot one in your eye, not that I've done that before ;). Once you do this repair the Polaris should move without any trouble. If it does not, then the gears are probably shot, but as you can see from this video the Polaris I was working on was over 10 years old and the gears looked just fine.
