I can safely say that not only blondes, but girls of all shades of light to dark blonde hair can use these pencils to outline and fill in their brows! If you have dark hair that has been dyed blonde, then pencils that I call yellowish or caramel will most likely suit you, unless your hair is additionally tinted in an ash shade. For gray-ash shades of hair, I recommend taupe shades (grayish-smoky light brow pencils), such as Anastasia Taupe, for example.
