Growing up in Lagos with his family as a young man, his Father was risk evasive about Investing in Real Estate in Lagos because theory had and still has it that the owners of Lagos would oneday ask everyone to leave their land and so he would rather only build in his village. His Father again had an opportunity to invest in a piece of property here in Lagos, but didn't because of this theory, but guess what they ended up as tenants on the same property his father failed to invest in many years after, what an irony! This was lesson 1 for our very own Dear Music Minister Nathaniel Bassey @nathanielblow .
