Dealing With Nasty eBay Buyers

I just got a very nasty email from a buyer of one of my items. In today's video we'll look at his email as well as my response to him also. If you sell on eBay it's only a matter of time before it happens to you. Watch the video if you want to know the proper way to handle these sorts of eBay buyers. There is a right way, and a wrong way to dealing with those sorts of customers. How you deal with your eBay buyers can effect other aspects of selling on eBay. If you don't handle them correctly you could always receive negative feedback. Your eBay feedback is very important. It shows any potential buyer who you are, and how you handle your business.
