How To Remove Those Darn Labels and Glue From Glass Jars // Only 2 Ingredients Required!

Just like cleaning those darn long-neck bottles, cleaning the glue and labels off of my glass jars was super frustrating... until I found this kitchen hack! All you need is: (0:00 Intro) Equal amounts of baking soda and cooking oil (any oil will do: olive oil, grapeseed oil, canola oil, etc). I had quite a few jars to do, so I used 2 Tablespoons of baking soda mixed with 2 Tablespoons of grapeseed oil until I had a thick paste. 2:16 First, remove as much paper/label from the jar as you can. If it's being tricky, you can always soak it in hot water to help release the paper from the jar. 3:28 Rub on a good amount of paste over the glue and let it set for a minimum of 30 minutes, the longer the better! 3:58 Next, take a scrubbie and scrub away the paste and glue under warm running water until it is all removed. If an area is being persistent, you may need to apply a second coat.
