Explaining the End of The Stand

Adapting Stephen King’s The Stand is no easy task, as the epic novel is a real doorstopper. Back in the ‘90s, there was a four-episode miniseries version, but CBS All Access took it one step further in their nine-episode limited series, which also included some additional story in the final episode.
