Tryon Park, located in Irondequoit, the eastern suburb of Rochester, New York, sits along the western shore of Irondequoit Bay and features a network of multi-use trails. Despite being surrounded by densely populated neighborhoods, the park offers a natural setting and is popular with mountain bikers, hikers, runners, and dog walkers. The trails are mostly fast and flowy, with a few rooty and rocky sections. There are a few downhill lines near the parking lot.
