We wanted to make the most of the space and create a shared apartment that's not only functional but also really cozy. We redesigned the bathroom in our signature style: clean, modern, and inviting. The kitchen is the central meeting point, and from there you can step out onto the balcony. The project was completed and rented in record time. A great example of how clever planning and meticulous execution can transform an ordinary apartment into a truly impressive fix-and-flip project.
