EPRA & JLL Webinar: ''Navigating the sector-agnostic ESRS''

This is a collaborative webinar with JLL, where we will dive into our latest report, an in-depth analysis of the most frequently reported sector-agnostic European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) by listed real estate companies. The findings, based on companies' 2025 reports (2024 data), show that many listed real estate companies are already disclosing key ESRS datapoints, particularly around: E1: Climate Change S1: Own Workforce G1: Business Conduct   The report also highlights strong alignment between these disclosures and EPRA’s Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (sBPR), especially for quantitative data such as energy consumption, GHG emissions, and employee diversity.  We will also mention the latest developments derived from the Omnibus simplification package impacting the sector-agnostic ESRS.
