I made a safety cage (bars) for a Chinese 200cc motorcycle myself. I used 20x20 mm profile tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness. In the video, I show the construction, fasteners, and how it all turned out after welding. This protection can protect the engine and plastic parts if the motorcycle crashes.
