If you make this at home, don't forget to let me know what you thought in the comments 🥰 Chicken Marinade 10 Chicken Legs 1 tsp Chicken Seasoning 3/4 tsp Black Pepper 3/4 tsp Paprika 3/4 tsp Garlic Granules 1 tbsp Maggi Liquid Seasoning (If you can’t use this use 2 tsp Light Soy Sauce) 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Ketchup 3/4 tsp All Purpose Seasoning 1/2 tsp Dry Jerk Seasoning Jerk Marinade: 1 Small Onion 2 Spring Onions 2 tsp Chopped Scotch Bonnet (Add a few seeds for additional heat if preferred) 3 Garlic Cloves 2 tsp Ginger Small Bunch of Fresh Thyme 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Homemade BBQ Sauce: 3 tbsp Ketchup 3/4 tsp Smoked Paprika 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 Tbsp Honey Cooking instructions: 175c for 20-25 mins 175-180c for 20-25 mins (Baste Throughout) Heat Preferences: For moderate heat use 2 tsp Scotch Bonnet with a 2-3 seeds For low heat use 1 tsp Scotch Bonnet with no seeds
