First Leg Of Our Winter RV Trip! Evergreen RV Resort

In this episode of Wandering Wagners we start out our Winter RV trip by heading to an Amish country favorite, Evergreen RV Resort in Dundee, Ohio. We decided to come here and meet up with our friends Chuck & Alli of ‪@AlliChuckAdventures‬ when they were visiting from Florida. This park is nice in the Winter because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub. While here we wanted to cook a belated Christmas dinner as well! I made ham, macaroni & cheese, Baked mashed potatoes and an apple cobbler. While here we went shopping at a local store called Red Tomato and got some awesome snacks. We enjoyed hanging out with friends and we were even surprised to see our friends Chuck & Cherie were here at the same time, unplanned! ‪@enroutewithchuckandcherie‬ It was nice to be able to share all this food with them as well.good Unfortunately, Chuck and Alli got sick on this trip and passed it to Lynn. Apple Cobbler Recipe: 6 granny smith apples, cored, peeled/sliced lemon juice 1/2 C brown sugar 1TBS maple syrup 1tsp vanilla 1/2 TBS cinnamon 1tsp apple pie spice pinch salt bake at 375 for 15 mins Crust: 1C flour 3/4C sugar 1tsp baking powder pinch salt 1/2 tsp vanilla 1egg 1/2C melted butter Scoop crust to top of cooked apples. cook at 350 for 40 mins Please remember to LIKE, COMMENT, SUBSCRIBE, AND SHARE!
