[#FTV News Flash] Real-time Center / Reported by Hsu Tzu-wei and Huang Yen-hsiang Typhoon Bavi, affected by wind shear, is currently more fragmented and has weakened to a medium-sized typhoon; however, its storm circle is still quite wide and it is expected to make landfall tonight, bringing significant wind and rain. Except for Taitung, all areas of Taiwan will announce work and school closures tomorrow (11th).
